Refund Policy - Terms and Conditions
We understand that sometimes circumstances may require you to seek a refund. Please review our refund policy outlined below:
Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds are eligible within the first 48-hours from the hour of purchase.
- Refunds are eligible if you haven’t completed any portion of your course, nor attempted any quiz or assessments.
- Refunds are eligible if you have not been issued with any certificate from our brand.
- Refunds are eligible if you have not completed 30% of your purchased OSHA course.
Refund Requests:
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our customer care.
- You must include the student's name, course name, date of purchase, and reason for seeking a refund.
- The requests will be processed within 10 business days from the date of submission.
Refund Process:
- Once the refund request is approved, the amount will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refunds may take 10 business days to reflect in the account, depending on the payment method and financial institution.
Non-Refundable Fees:
- Please note that certain fees that include administrative fees/processing fees may be non-refundable. Our customer care representative can further guide you about such fees.
Course Cancellations:
- In the event that OSHAPro cancels a course, students will be entitled to a full refund of the course fees.
- OSHAPro reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrollment.
