In the unfortunate event that you find yourself unsatisfied with any course or
service, you can learn about our refund program. The criteria to be eligible for the

Refund Policy - Terms and Conditions
We understand that sometimes circumstances may require you to seek a refund. Please
review our refund policy outlined below:
Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds are eligible within the first 48-hours from the hour of purchase.

Refunds are eligible if you haven’t completed any portion of your course, nor
attempted any quiz or assessments.

Refunds are eligible if you have not been issued with any certificate from our
brand.

Refunds are eligible if you have not completed 30% of your purchased OSHA
course.
Refund Requests:
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our customer care.

You must include the student's name, course name, date of purchase, and reason
for seeking a refund.

The requests will be processed within 10 business days from the date of
submission.
Refund Process:

Once the refund request is approved, the amount will be issued to the original
payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds may take 10 business days to reflect in the account, depending on the
payment method and financial institution.
Non-Refundable Fees:

Please note that certain fees that include administrative fees/processing fees

Course Cancellations:

In the event that OSHAPro cancels a course, students will be entitled to a full
refund of the course fees.
